Corporate Directory issue

I am running 7940 phones on callmanager v4. I have a problem when i access the the corporate directory. It is as follows:

press directory button..... corporate directory is listed
select corporate directory ---- directory is list

i then search for a name or extension and press the search button... These where i have a problem, I get the message

' An error occurred and was logged( undefined) Any one got any ideas...

 
is the DC Directory services running? or are you using MS Active Directory?

Witch CCM patch version are you running? there might me some issues with the first releases of 4.0
 
Dc directory has more than likely stopped/paused, How much disk space do you have left on your c drive?

If you reboot.. does it work for a short period? (actually reboot.. don't restart)
 
Where would i check to see if it has stopped...
 
Hi there,

If got also a problem with the xmldirectory.
I want to use it for the active directory. but cannot find how to do this.

anyone got documentation about it ?
