Corporate directory - extra info

OTM 2.0 on Succession CS1k

Whe I generate the M1 Corporate directory, I have to edit it manually, to remove entries such as fax numbers and 'night service' and 'sick line' etc. These are associated with TN/DN in the OTM but I don't want them showing on the telephones in the corporate directory

My question is: Presumably in OTM, when you associate a DN with a name from the directory, can you exclude it from the listing that is created when you generate the corporate directory.

May sound simple, nut I can't find any reference to this. Maybe a tick box or something in OTM?

Any help would be appreciated since I can't believe I am the only one in this boat and our support haven't been able to sort it for me.

I had heard that the newest release of OTM was going to give you the ability to filter what you pulled into the directory, but i don't know when that is coming.

We manipulate ours by using excell, but it is very complicated.

i built a macro in excel that does a search and replace for certain, replace is left blank, after recording it once i can run it whenever i need to do a retransmit.. not using it for the same purpose but it is doing the same thing..
