First of all when you have the directory file ready,
then you need to copy the directory file in .CSV format (order columns as follow: Lastname, FirstName, DN, Department) use sftp to copy the .CSV File to the CM directory where you can find it,
login to ucm
cslogin

Now press Ctrl+p+d+t ------------to enter PDT mode
Username: xxxxxUsersxx
Password: XXXXXXXX
1)
cd /u/db/
ls -----------------!See if the file cpdir.csv is present
rm cpdir.csv
ls
!See if the file was removed
symload
INIT_CORP_DIR
UPDATE_CORP_DIR
Check on phones, directory should be down.
2)
cd /cf2 ----------------- CF could be any CF0, CF1, CF2........
ls
!See if the new .CSV file is there
cp XXXXX.csv /u/db/cpdir.csv
cd /u/db/
ls ------to See if the file cpdir.csv was copied.
symload
INIT_CORP_DIR
UPDATE_CORP_DIR
Check on phones, directory should be Ready!
