Corporate Directory Again

I can't figure this out and was wondering if someone can give me a hand. I have the CLS CRPA enabled on my Nortel 1140e phone and I can see the Corporate Directory but it says the Directory is Unavailable.

This is what I have done so far:

I went into the OTM and selected Corporate Directory. I clicked on the properties of the M1 Corporate Directory. I then clicked on our only system listed in there which is the CS1000 (General Tab). On the Upload tab I also clicked on the CS1000. When I generate the report it comes up in a .txt file but its empty. Not sure if there is supposed to be a list of names in there or not.

Can someone tell me what I'm missing or what I should try next to get this to work. If you need any other information from me, just let me know.

You have to generate the corporate directory and then transmit that directory to the PBX.

I suggest stop hunting and pecking and take some time to read the documents. I have gotten it to work on several sites but still can not tell you how. very confusing but you may have to read teh documents several times before it clicks. I have gotten through it but it still has not clicked yet.

Easier said than done since I do not work with this stuff everyday nor do I know were to find the tech documents to read about it besides here on the forms.

I deal with Cisco products on a daily basis, not Nortel so I'm new to this and had no training on anything of this stuff. So if I need to hunt and peck, I will do so until I understand how it works and what I need to do to make it work.
