does anyone know how this works in element manager
i upload using CPND. when is open the file some names do not appear that are ln LD 95 and others i can see the name is corupt

If you are on r7.5, then the corporate directory is managed by Subscriber Manager. Check to make sure the Subscriber has at least one telephone account assigned, and published = yes, with the correct DN and Name info in the related fields of the Subscriber record.
