Corp wide key for others to use with vendors. 1

I have PGP Enterprise version 8.0.2 and I need to create a key that I can distribute to other departments in order for them to have their vendors encrypt files. These departments will need to decrypt the files from the vendors without my involvement.

How is this done?

export the keys and provide them to your users as well as the vendors. The users would import the keys, and so would the vendors. When the vendor provides an encrypted file the user would decrypt using the keys
