Corp-to-Corp Vendor Agreement

Hi,
I am planning to do staffing business, I have a vendor who is willing to work with my company
Does anyone have a sample Corp to Corp agreement. I am not sure what to mention in the services as the
service would be provided by an independent consultant on (1099) and this will be third party contracting
The client where the consultant will work is not a direct client to my company, Please help me with a sample
or let me know what has to be mentioned in services as my contrat will be with the vendor and not the client
