I have Corporate Directory working as it is supposed to work.

My question is, I know I can edit the .csv file on the OTM server. Is there anyway to do just an upload to the pbx?

What is happening now is, when I edit the .csv file and try to upload it to the system it is pulling whatever information is in TM and over-writing my changes and then uploading it to the pbx. I just want to do the upload part so my edit changes are still there.

Anyone know how to do this?

You can create exceptions to what is uploaded within the report generation tool itself. I don't know the step by step, but it's pretty easy.

I was actually just looking for a way just to upload the .csv file manually to the pbx.

When I run the reports it goes backs to the TM and pulls the information off of that and over-writes the .csv file that I just modified and then does the upload to the pbx.

I didn't see where you can create any exceptions just to upload the .csv file without by-passing the TM and just using the .csv file.

Unless someone knows of a script that might work?
