Corp Directory Duplicates (Phonemaster)

Hi All

We're using Phonemaster to generate our Corp directory. If I create the list from the CPND then the users appear fine however we want to add mobile numbers to the directory for some users so I've added additional Users and their mobile number so I have to generate the list from the Telephone Identifiers for these to show up.

For some reason there are dublicate and sometimes treplicate entries showing up for some users. If I look in the users list I see

John Doe 5656
John Doe 5656
John Doe 353 87 123 (Mob)

If I Delete one of the extension entries for some reasone both of them disappear when I regenerate the list of users, but then they both reappear a few hours later.

Any idea why this is happening? I'm new to the system so any tips are appreciated.

Just in case anyone else has this problem, the cause of this for us was down to an upgrade of phonemaster that took place a while ago. The duplicate entries were created then but only noticed now as previously we updated the Corp Dir with the CPND list not the telephone IDs.

We had to manually edit the DB.
