corelpnt. exe file missing

Suddenly, every time I try to open a bitmap stored (or newly downloaded) on my hard drive I get a "program not found," Something happened to my corelpnt. exe file. Can anyone help me solve this problem? find files or folders came up empty. So did an internet search of a downloadable corelpnt. exe file. Perhaps someone can direct me to a site or send one? Please I'm totally lost here.

have you thought of finding your corel installation cd and reinstalling it?

No I did not because I never got it. This was a recycled computer I bought used and so I never got a corel CD.
