For no apparent reason, CorelDraw 10 does not start up, instead it creates a rather uninformative error window during the loading process saying, "coreldrw.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program. An error log is being created".
It does exactly the same when you restart.
I have witnessed this happen on Windows 2000 pro, and on XP pro.
To solve it, I have followed instructions in Corel Knowledge Base article 206870.e, and then restarted CorelDraw while holding down 'F8' (click OK to restore workspace to default).
I'm not sure that the first step is necessary, but this has got CorelDraw working again without having to un-instal & re-instal.
