coreldraw8 xp print properties problem

I realise I must upgrade ,does 9 have the same problem or do I need to go to 10

running xp.print properties do not work in coreldraw 8
apparently it is a known problem.
my question is, if upgraded to 9 will it then work?

D9 does not have the problem, however the current version designed to run on XP is ver 11. That being said, if you want an economical solution and do not need to print seperations, or import DXF files, there is a Draw essentials that will run on XP and is a "scaled down" version of D9 see:
