Does anyone know if I can do a fill in CorelDrawl using a web-based color code, such as #FFFGG0??

Paul

Sure can.

To open the Web Safe Color palette:
Under the Window tab on your toolbar select Color Palettes then Web Safe Colors from the list.

When looking for a specific color it's often easier to:
With the object selected, double click the Fill Color icon (paint bucket) on the bottom right of your screen. If not already, selected the Palettes tab then Web Safe Colors from the drop down list. You can then either select a color swatch or type the code (if known) into the Name box.

I hope that makes sense.

...such as #FFFGG0??

Sorry... had to do a double-take on that one... hehe

If you don't know why, look up "hexidecimal" on hehe
