CorelCAPTURE 10

Using the CorelCAPTURE program that comes with CD10, I can't seem to do an "area capture". When I hit the hotkey, the screen blanks out to a blue color and the window I want to capture an area of is not visible.
Am I doing something wrong here, or is it just another CorelDRAW glitch...?

what are you trying to capture?

I'd like to capture specific areas of the screen individually, for instance, a graphic or icon/button.

never had a problem with any of the Capture versions - they all work very well. Sounds more like an issue with your video drivers or some other component of your system. reboot your system into Safe mode and try again... if you don't have the problem at that point, that's a very good indication it's flaky video drivers.
