Corel wp 12: Front Graphics has been deleted

When creating a greeting card in Corel 12 and you want to change the theme and phrase the change does not take effect whn clicking apply. Also when you want to chnge the font or picture on the front page of your card you get an error message: Front graphics/messages has been deleted.
Any solutions?
