I am preparing to format my hard drive in order to upgrade from Win 98SE to XP Pro. Are there Corel issues I should be aware of? I use Corel 8 now and I don't have a pressing need to change unless XP doesn't like it. Are there known XP issues with later versions of Corel? I wish I didn't have to move to XP right now, as I am near a publishing deadline, but I MUST do it. I don't want to run into a nightmare. Thanks. --Charlie

I have answered this partly in previous post, I use V10 in XP Pro and it is ok (no better than other OS - Win 2000 was good)Draw V12 is out now and there are fairly positive comments about it on the Corel NG. It would seem that it is not without it's flaws but neither was any of it's previous versions.

I had pretty many crashes with DRAW 11 on my XP machine... heard the same comment from others, too.

I've used 10, 11 & 12 on XP Pro, with very few crashes. 12 seems the best to me. Would expect 8 to run on XP Pro, but wouldn't recommend it.
