Corel Paintshop pro x3 Error

I am constantly having a crash issue with this software. When using various tools, backround eraser, 3d effects, etc. The program freezes and I find this error in eventviewer.


Faulting application corel paint shop pro photo.exe, version 13.0.0.0, faulting module toolpaint.dll, version 13.0.0.0, fault address 0x00005721.


Any ideas? I lose all my work when this freeze happens, even if I have saved.
