Corel help!!

Hi there
I have Corel PHoto-pain 7,. and I always have been able to drag my highlited object to Off the page and it would automaticly open a new page.
I have not used it in a while but now its not letting me drag and drop it of the original page onto the outside.

How can i get this function back?
