Corel Draw and Admin rights

I have discovered that Corel Draw 10, and inceidentally Quark Express 5.01 won't run with out evelvated priviledges. I have given the users local admin rights at the momment so that the program will run but don't wish to leave them with those rights.
Does anyone know what files, reg keys or folders need permissons changed on them so i can leave them with basic user rights.

Most higher-end graphics apps require you to have at least local admin rights. It's just the nature of the applications.
