Corel Draw 9 script problems

Normally when I create macro's in corel script 9, I have no problems copying the macros and dragging them directly into the script and preset manager on another pc and they work. This time, the scripts work fine in the corel 9 they were created in but if you change the name outside the program or if you put it onto another pc running corel 9 I just get a script error which leads me to believe that the script is not just working alone. I've even copied the actual text into notepad and changed the extension then inserted it into the script manager - makes no difference -I have some if constructs, a function using passed variables and a couple of while loops - any ideas??
