Corel Draw 8: Property Bar 1

I'm using Corel Draw 8 (have been using it for a long time). Today I opened a new page but the property bar won't let me change from "Letter" to "A4" or change from MM to Pixels. Am I missing something silly?

Try the tried and true "hold F8 at program launch". This will reset your current user profile to factory default, so you may wnat to back yours up first.
