Corel draw 8 crashes on accessing print properties dialog

New user to Corel draw. Did all my home designs and maps for our water company in Canvas on the Mac. Slowly getting CDraw to do all I need but it crashes every time I access print properties. Had to exit CDraw and set size and orientation through the control panel. Any advise? TIA.

Version 8.369, WinXP 2002, Lexmark Z45 USB, 256 MegRam, 1.3 GhZ Celeron

This is a "known issue" Draw 8 was not designed for XP. As such, you will not be able to access the print properties. If some users can, they can concider themselves lucky. Contact Corel Customer service at 1-800-772-6734 for an upgrade
