Corel Draw 11 - Initialize problem

I try to be brief. My Corel Draw 11 doesn't work anymore. It open the main window but it remains in a kind of freeze mode. If (in a few minutes) I open a file or a blank page, everything in the toolbars, menus, is not active. I tried to unistall it, but reinstalling again had the same problem. Run System Mechanic for registry after unistalled it again, but second time installed still didn't work.

Try F8 and Draw launch and accept factory default workspace. If you have customised - save it first so you can reinport.
