I have Corel Draw 11. I have imported photos into my document. How do I add a colored border to the photos? I have tried everything and didn't even see this in the help section. I know I could create a box and lay it over the photo and bring to front, but there has to be a more accurate way, as in my other graphics programs. Thank you for help in advance.

Use power clip. Create shape/rectangle that you want the photo to take on. Select your photo then effects - power clip - place in container. Cursor will change to arrow - point to shape. The photo will go into that shape and this can be given an outline in the normal way.
