Corel 9 and Windows 2000

I am using Corel WP 9/2000 with Windows 2000 Professional.
The system frequently has the following two problems:

1. WP Office loads, but once in it, nothing works. You cannot type or click the mouse anywhere in the software.
You can only Ctrl/Alt/Del and End Task. Upon reboot it works fine.

2. When using cut and paste with graphics the hour glass goes into an infinite loop. Once again...you can only Ctrl/Alt/Del and End Task.

Can anyone help?

Have you applied SP1 to your W2K desktop, and SP3 to your WP9?? I am running this combination on about 60 stations with good results. Are you using a Novell client? use version 4.8 for NT/W2K. Any other programs or add-ons that might affect operation??

SP1 to W2K ...no. I will.
