Hi Guys, Just found this site and it looks very helpful.
I upgraded my PC a couple of months ago and decided to go with XP Home. Previously I was using Corel 6 but found that it wouldn't run properly on XP. I upgraded to Corel 11 and have discovered a few "anomilies".
The first one is nothing serious but all the the MS Word file .doc icons in the Win Explorer directory have been changed to the Corel icon? When first installed, all Word docs were shown as ("Type"
CorelDraw Graphics. I was able to change the "Type" listing to a Word Document by using "Folder Options"/"Opens With" but the icon still remains as a Corel. The files open in Word OK so it's not a really a problem but I thought one of you clever people may have encountered this and have clue as to why this has happened?
Next problem is also with word but come back with that later.
