Corel 10 on Windows 2000 - Setup problems

Hi there, We have installed Corel 10 on our college machines via a ghost image and/or from a shared CD Rom. We run both NT and 2000 with both platforms experiencing a problem where, unless a user has administration access (full control) then Corel 10 will either not work or fails to load up pages, tools, you name it.
This is amazingly annoying as we cannot afford to have 400+ kiddies on full control access.
Can anyone offer a solution?
