Hi,
Can anyone tell me if its possible to configure an access list like you would on a cisco device on a 3com Corebuilder 3500 & Nebuilder II. Do they have a similar command option?

Cheers

Hi,

There is no problem on NETBuilder II, but you need software v11.x. You can create an access list as an IP hosts/networks list classifier to you firewall rules.
A corebiulder 3500 is a switch, not router so probably there is no such thong on it.

CoreBuilder 3500 is a layer 3 switch and would think it could take an ACL.

Am setting one up in my lab and I'll keep you posted and good luck Chunder Pants
