I get this alarm all the time on a BCM. " Alarm ID 326 Core Telephony - "Slip Underflow"short term alarm threshold has been exceeded on the DTM. The module is in a no-new-calls state." I have checked everything I can think of but can not find anything wrong. BCM is 4.0. It just semed to start after I went from 3.7 to 4.0. I have 2 T1's not PRI's on BCM. It does not seem to affect any calls. Anyone have any ideas. Thanks

I also am receiving this alarm every one minute on a version 4 BCM.
We have a PRI, clocking primary external on BUS 07, a BRI on Bus 6 and a 8x16 Combi on Bus 4, along with a GATM8 on Bus 4.

There appears to be no disruption in service when these alarms occur but I am concerned about the frequency. Clocking has been checked.

Any other ideas on this one?

As Cook 1082 Stated. Check Clocking on Card should be set for Primary External. More than likely you have it set for internal.

Chiden,

In my post I stated the PRI was set for Primary External

Better than 60/40 NRS issue. But, are packet sizes exact, is their a stutter or full ring on either end, or just a fast busy?
