Core Failure

I have a core that has a System State = Not Available status when I do a stat cpu. The active core is good a healthy but the standby is not up. The CP CIV card has power and the CF light is blinking every few seconds. The Sys Util card has a red light and nothing on the display. I've put in a call to our support but they normally take a while to get back to us. Any ideas?
