We've upgraded our veritas master server to 6.0 from 5.0. and ever since have been getting / core dumps that seems to crash the veritas service. We called Symantec and they recommended a bunch of patches which we installed but it didn't help the issue. Has anyone seem something like this before? The master server is running HP-UX 11.11. Just had another core dump and at the time there was a database backup that was sitting in queue(there were no other backup jobs waiting) so it looks like it crashed veritas. I checked the processes running and these are the only ones I could find running. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
