Cordless Transfer.

Hello,
I've got a customer that I installed an ATA and hooked up a cordless phone to.MICS with the latest software. They try to do a transfer by (Flash->*70->then the extension number. It won't transfer. I didn't get a chance to really test it. I had to go to another job and they didn't have it charged yet. Has any one had a problem with this before?

The biggest problem I had in the past with this was the customer was too quick on dialing and didn't wait to let the steps flow thru ie pause after flash then * 7 0 pause then extension.

it usually would take a customer a little while to get used to the rhythum of using feature codes. JerryReeve

Ensure that the ATA has 2 intercom links assigned
