Cordless phone can only make outgoing calls

When the system was upgraded to TSW sp6 all cordless phone can only make outgoing calls but no speech on incoming calls from digital & analog extensions. On incoming call the cordless phone rings only but no speech when you answer the call. Can anybody pls give some hints on where the problem is! The system was upgraded from BC11 sp9 to TSW sp6.

Did you try to de-register (delete subscription) for a DECT handset and re-initiate it?

I am sorry for replying long time as I was very busy. The
problem that I mentioned is already solved, it was attributed to faulty patch introduced in tsw sp6 about last number redial. We did ask for correction patch from Aastra & the problem was rectified. So if you encounter this problem in the future, you know what is causing it.
