Cordless Headsets on ETR 18D

Is there a cordless headset solution for a Legend 7.0 using 18D sets connected to the ETR ports. I tried the Plantronics CT11 on the Aux port, but as I now know you cant do that.
And appearantly you cant program headset buttons on the 18D phones.

Any suggestions?
