I have bought cordless extn mgr (sys admin) and am trying to use it for the first time. I have connected to DT570 and tried to switch on in download mode by following instructions i.e. "connect to device, switch off phone, switch on again whilst holding down 1+3". The phone doesn't display anything although it seems to be powered on. When I try to download something it says "connect phone in download mode". Help!

like the manual said : turn off the phone, press buttons 1+3+on and start download in phone manager
