Which headset model to use depends on what work you do and personal preference, there is no one fit all.

The only thing you can say is that the professional brands are usually better than the cheap ones you can buy online or at your supermarket.

Whatever headset you use, make sure that you use a connector which is rated as compatible with the phone. Not all phone headset interfaces are the same.
