When i select update from "pick" it staes table locked by "0"....

Metballnut is correct. Someone else is programming pickup groups from KB0 (I assume you're dialling in remotely on KB4 or something??). If you're certain there isn't or you want to kick them out, go to TERM and reset port 0.
