Is there a way to restrict coach agent id to login in normal CSR workstation? I have two sets of COR here in our call center. One for coaches and the other for customer service rep. Our coaches here always have assigned workstation and they are restricted to login to a cutomer service rep. wokstation.Before, the said restriction was working but when we upgraded our PBX to S8700, the restriction seems to be gone.
