Okay so Starfish has for the most part abandoned all the SideKick users. So is it a copyright violation for us to share the downloads we have like say sidekick98sea.exe, tsplus.exe, tsci-starfish.exe, sk98patch.exe, sk98_guide.pdf, Side Kick Us_con.exe, Side Kick Funpack.exe

As I pointed out before, I am not too sure what the situation is regarding the downloads.
I would prefer it not to be a situation that develops here as it would compromise tek-tips and they would be forced to shut down this forum!
There are quite a few people who still haven't found us here at tek-tips and those that have, have benefitted(?) from the advice many have given.
It would be a real shame if the sharing around of Files/Downloads was encouraged and then we were left without any home/site at all where we could offer those Sidekick users Help and get some ourselves!

Check the FAQ area of this Forum for answers (If there are any FAQs!) , it could save you a lot of time and effort and means that links are more likely to be current. Please 'Comment' on them if they are not!

Okay I just thought I would ask since I have all these files. And it seems like alot of people are looking for them.
I don't mean to flame but, I am a long time user of sidekick. I started using it back in the days of dos. I have been a loyal customer. Sidekick 98 is fourth version I have purchased. I do feel abondaned by Starfish so I for one will not buy another Starfish product until support for this one is brought back. It can't cost that much to leave the web pages and the downloads available to us. If you feel the same way don't be silent let starfish know and tell them you will not buy their products until they resume support for Sidekick. Let their partners know you won't buy starfish related products. I PAID MY MONEY I WANT SUPPORT.

I should have pointed out to you in my last post that the Downloads are still available (Thanks to Starfish) but you can only get to them from the FAQ pages in this Forum.
See specifically:

Which list all the FAQs from the Starfish Site and the addresses of all the downloads
