Hi Everyone:
I have a simple question....
if I want to copy text from one side of my word 2000 doc to the other, how do I do that?
For example:

Health Center Requistions Now I want to repeattext here
Pt. Name: Age:

DOB: X-Ray:

Smoker:

Do yourself a favor and insert an 9 column, 3-row table.

Put the following in each cell GOING ACROSS:

1: Pt. Name:
2: (blank for entry)
3: Age:
4: (blank for entry)
5: (blank to separate left side from right)
6: Pt. Name:
7: (blank for entry)
8: Age:
9: (blank for entry)

The 2nd row of your table should be like this:

1: DOB:
2: (blank for entry)
3: X-Ray:
4: (blank for entry)
5: (blank to separate left side from right)
6: DOB:
7: (blank for entry)
8: X-Ray:
9: (blank for entry)

The 3rd row...

1: Smoker:
2: (blank for entry)
3: (blank)
4: (blank)
5: (blank to separate left side from right)
6: Smoker:
7: (blank)
8: (blank)
9: (blank for entry)
