Copying text from the local machine to a Citrix session

One of our users has the problem where he can't copy text from the local PC to his Citrix session. All other users can do this without any problems and on the odd times it's happened before I've fixed it by altering an .ini file on the local machine. Now it's come time to do it again I can't remember the name of the .ini file or the line I changed.

Anyone got any ieas?....
