Copying Template user accounts & other Roaming Profiles Queries

Windows 2k server
2k Pro workstations

I've created a Template user account & set the desktop up as required & copied it individually to all users who need it.

Question 1: Can I copy it to more than one user at once?

Once copied, I then open each user account in turn on the workstation where I copied the template to them to ensure the roaming profile is established.

Question 2: Is it necessary to follow this procedure -I'm pretty sure that if I don't but open the user account on a different workstation then they don't pick up the features of the template account

At the end of each year the users need the features on a new template account.

Question 3: Do I have to copy the required new template account to each user individually and then open each one on the workstation where the copy occured?

With 300 user accounts to alter, there must be an easier way than doing them individually. Please Help
