Copying settings to new server

Running isa 2000 sp2 and getting a new server. Need to copy all settings onto new server. Have tried right clicking on the server and copying that way but it will not restore on the new server. Are there any other utilities to do this?

ISAExportImportScript.vbs exports your current configuration to a new script that you must run in the new machine.
