We have SCCS 5.0 and are mostly using the "fat" legacy client, since that's what the supervisors grew up with. One of the supervisors has some scheduled reports that she would like to copy to another supervisor's computer. Call me simple-minded, but I can't find the instructions for accomplishing this in the NTP. Can anyone direct me to the proper resource so that I can research the steps and get her off my back. Much appreciated.

don't think you'll find that in the book, try(?) to save the scheduled reports to a share point

The data is stored in the file nicrpt.mdb which is located in the folder C:\Program Files\Nortel Networks\Symposium Call Center Server\Client\en\data by default.

Copy the file to the new PC and verify the reports.
Within the DB you can also enable the custom reports to be visible to all users.
* Open file nicrpt.mdb
* choose Open in stead of convert
* Change within the table "Reports the column "UserID" to None and everybody can see the customized reports.

Hope this helps!

btw you are not the only one, but I hope to have all on the webclient by 01-2007....

Thanks SuperNN -- that's great info. Appreciate it.
