Copying one dataset to another 1

I want to write a rexx routine that will copy one dataset(PS or PDS) to another without going to 3.3 in mainframe.
Can anyone help me on this.

and check out PDSCOPYD. It may not be exactly what you want but you should be able to cobble something from it.
