Copying OE5 mail folders between users

I need to copy some folders from one users Outlook Express 5 to another user. When I try to Export the mails I get the following error:

Your default MAPI store could not be opened

I found Microsoft's Q179637 which details this error in OE4 but the fix does not apply to OE5.

Does anybody knowthe fix, or iIs there a way to copy folders without using Export/Import?
