Copying new sound scheme XP Pro

Hello!
After adding in several new sounds and saving it as a new scheme, is it possible to copy that scheme and use is on another PC?
I have to assume the sound files must also reside on the 2nd PC and in the same path (C:Docs Settings/Me/Sounds as an example).
