copying mutiple fields?

Hello... Im creating a w2 for my payroll system... the w2 has 4 identical copies... i have created the first instance of the w2 (upper left) now I want to copy the section and paste it into position in the uper right lower left and lower right.... however... when I select multiple feilds in CR6 and and bring down the edit menue copy is not a option.... wtf!?!?!
 
TopKatz: A great tip which all of my trainees get is to use text objects to transfer multiple objects (works with data fields, formula fields, parameters and running totals) David C. Monks
