Copying Multiple Files From Windows 10 File Explorer

Hi

What I am trying to do is put together a script that allows me to Have a Windows Explorer Folder Opened and Select one or Multiple File (Ctrl + Mouse Click on Required Files) then Activate a script that will copy these files to a new folder which I can chose via a dialog box to select folder.

Can someone suggest the best way of going about this
