Hi,
I'm a newby and I need to copy e-mails from a public folder to another public folder...
The point is that I can't see and find any e-mails in the public folder or in the windows directories.
Any suggestion?

Sounds like you don't have rights. You will need to resolve that first. You will find it easiest to save the files to a PST and then copy them fromt he PST into the destination folder. If you were to drag from one folder ot the next in Outlook it will move the messages rather than copy them. Move them to a PST, then copy the PST and move mesages as desired back to the original and second folder.

I hope you find this post helpful.

Mark

Many thanks markdmac, but as I said I'm a newby and can't understand what PST is...
Al least now I know that it's possible to move or copy public folders directly from Outlook...

A PST is a Personal Store File. You can create those via Outlook as well or from the server you can use ExMerge to create them.

I hope you find this post helpful.
